Refund Policy

Main Quest Studios Return Policy

Refundable Conditions:
Main Quest Studios sells Print-on-Demand products that are custom made for each customer. Once the item is produced it is valuable only to the customer that ordered it, and cannot be restocked or resold.

Thus refunds can only be offered if the fault is ours. This includes:
(1) The product is not what you ordered.
(2) The product arrives damaged or missing parts.
(3) The product is defective.
(4) The product did not arrive despite an accurate and complete shipping address.

In these cases a photo showing the defect, damage, or mismatch of the invoice, should be sent to within 30 days of delivery and we will start the refund approval process. There is no need to return the physical product.

If the shipping address was correct, please get in touch with us at noting your order number and we’ll see what can be done.

If your refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Non-refundable Conditions:

There are, however, conditions where we sadly cannot grant a refund:
(1) You ordered the wrong product, or the wrong size.
(2) The product did not arrive, but tracking says it was delivered.
(3) The product did not arrive because the address was wrong or incomplete.
(4) The refund request was submitted after the 30 day grace period.
(5) The product was on sale.
(6) The purchase is reconsidered.

Please note that once you click the Complete Order button, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change parameters like addresses, etc., please contact us via email at as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee succes, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Policy:

Estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. Jewelry, however, may take up to 10 business days.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We cannot take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'll be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but it will have to be at your cost.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your Product. Once your refund is approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
